The viewpoints of Park Mi-jeong (Roh Jeong-ui) and Lee Dong-jin (Park Jin-young) intersect, and the past and present of the two characters develop more deeply. Mi-jeong lives disconnected from the world and recalls strange events happening around her. From childhood, she feels that the accidents and events that happen around her are connected to her, and she tries to dismiss them as coincidences.

Mi-jung experiences an incident in which a boy who broke the rubber band and ran away fell into a manhole and was seriously injured while playing a rubber band, and as accidents around her, such as a man who gave candies on White Day getting into a car accident, she becomes increasingly guilty of causing misfortune. In particular, she becomes even more anxious when her favorite church brother is stung by a hornet and goes to the hospital after moving to Seoul.

Mi-jeong's birthday coincides with her late mother's anniversary, and her father, Park Jong-soo (information) says that Mi-jeong is more important, but she feels complicated feelings about her father forgetting her mother and focusing only on herself. After that, food poisoning occurs at school, and with most of them male students, Mi-jeong feels a greater sense of alienation.

There was also a precious moment with a male student named Jung-hwan (Joo Jong-hyuk), but Mi-jeong falls into deep guilt due to the incident that he was killed by a thunderbolt. After a series of incidents where male students were injured, rumors began to spread that Mi-jeong was a witch, and people avoided her. This makes Mi-jeong increasingly isolated from school and society.

In an isolated life, Mi-jeong cannot tell her father what she is going through, and she ends up leaving school. Afraid of being angry with her father, Mi-jeong stays at home without answering. Meanwhile, a male student named Park Sang-hwan (Park Sang-hoon) approaches Mi-jeong and comforts her, but he, too, faces an unfortunate fate.

Mijung ends up completely cutting off her relationships with people and living in hiding, hoping to be forgotten in her village. She feeds the stray cats and, for the first time, asks her father to buy them cat food. The father refuses at first, but eventually grants his daughter a wish and sees Mijung smile after a long time.

On the day of her graduation, Mi-jeong witnesses Dong-jin coming to her house and hides. Seeing Daeun (Kwon-sol) leave behind a bouquet of flowers and a diploma, Mi-jeong feels disconnected from people once again. Later, her father asks her to move to Seoul and suggests that she start a new life, but Mi-jeong cannot hide her anxiety.

Mi-jeong builds a garden with her father, and in the process, she is bitten by a snake and falls unconscious. When she wakes up, her father is down, and she insists that people never know, but Mi-jeong has since lost her father. After her father's death, Mi-jeong becomes completely isolated and leaves the village.

In this episode, the viewpoints of the two characters intersect, further highlighting undecided bad luck and pain. Undecided is branded as a witch, and she cuts off her relationships with people, and Lee Dong-jin tries to understand such an undecided situation. It creates a tension that leads to the next episode, increasing expectations for how the two stories will be connected and how Lee Dong-jin will solve the unfortunate misfortune of undecided.
